1. Overview

At RI-RA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product

Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-related products, if applicable

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our Contact page or email

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • RI-RA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the return process.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your payment service

  • If the issue persists, please contact us
